Hand wash station equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer (spray bottle) measured 200 ppm.
Chlorine is also available - used for soaking wiping cloths.
Storage area in kitchen was organized and sanitary. All freezers were at -18 deg C or colder.
Upright cooler was at 4 deg C or colder.
High temp dishwasher reached 79 deg C at plate surface.
All food items in the pantry and cooler were covered and dated.
Temperature log was well maintained.
Dry storage area (in separate room from kitchen) was clean, organized and secured.
Deep freezer in this storage area was at -20 to -22 deg C.
Dining room was clean. All tables were cleaned and sanitized.
Kitchen staff hygiene - observed clean uniform and hair restraint.
Water fountain was in good working order.
Staff washroom was adequately maintained.
Janitorial facility located right beside the kitchen area and locked at all times.
No signs of pests observed. Pest control monitoring in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
