- Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory ( <4 oC and <-18 oC )
-Dishwasher bleach sanitizer level >50 ppm
-Bleach Sanitizer in bucket >100 ppm
-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at sinks
-Cooling stick is in freezer for cooling soup and stock -good

**Ensure thermometers for all coolers are to be visible ( near door)
**Prepared foods in coolers: ensure to have a date of preparation and use by max 2 days
**-Wiping rags to be kept in bucket of sanitizers during uses.
** Not able to verify pest free condition due to a lot of stuff on the floor and crowded condition - remove stuff, store all of of the floor to aid cleaning and monitoring for pest activtiy
