Routine health inspection.
Walk-in cooler at 2 degrees C.
Other coolers (used for potentially hazardous food storage) at 4 degrees C or less.
Note: One small under counter cooler not in use (empty). It was stated that compressor is in the process of being replaced.
Freezers at -18 degrees C or less.
Thermometers in place for cold holding units. Temperature logs available.
Probe thermometer available for internal food temperature checks.
Food is protected from potential contamination. Food is stored off the floor, raw and ready-to-eat properly organized.
Proper thawing practices observed.
Hand washing stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Warewashing and prep sinks are supplied with hot and cold running water. Built in drain stoppers in place.
High temperature dishwasher achieved 71 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum required: 71 degrees C or more at the utensil surface).
Food contact surface sanitizer available at 200 ppm quats. Sanitizing pails available.
Equipment and utensils (including ice machine, scoops, mixers, and deli slicer) are stored in sanitary condition.
Premises overall maintained in sanitary condition. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Pest control program in place.
Food safety training requirements met at time of inspection. Certificate valid to September 14, 2028.
