-Follow-up inspection to October 1, 2021.
-Upright cooler has been serviced - thermostat control was serviced. Cooler was at 4C. Ensure there is sufficient space between the fan to allow cold air to properly circulate.
-Operator has stared a time tracking chart to determine when hot foods were placed in the hot holding unit (foods are not greater than 60C.).
-Front handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Sanitizer was prepared in the back kitchen and chemicals were properly labelled. Bleach was at 200ppm.
-Cooler has been reorganized and raw foods were stored below potential ready-to-eat foods.
