This inspection done by an EHO student. GENERAL COMMENTS -Ice cream freezer measured -24 deg. C -Food products noted within best before dates upon random scan. -General sanitation and organization is satisfactory -No signs of pest activity noted at the time of visit. COVID-19 PROTOCOL -Cooler door handles and other high touch areas frequently disinfected using lysol wipes with DIN 0247979 NOTE: Ensure hand sanitizer with signage is available at self service station. This is to enable patron sanitize their hands prior to touching surfaces and food products in the location.
