- All hand wash stations had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Walk-in freezer was -18C or lower
- Walk-in cooler was 4C or lower
- Upright cooler was 4C or lower
- Coolers in storage area were 4C or lower
- 5 chest freezers located in storage area and all were -18C or lower
- Temperature logs maintained on a daily basis
- Sandwich preparation coolers were 4C or lower
- Hot holding units were greater than 60C
- 200ppm chlorine sanitizer available for food contact surfaces
- High temperature dishwasher reached 75.9C at plate surface
- Glass dishwasher recorded 12.5ppm Iodine
- Food storage practices were adequate
- Dry storage area was clean
- No pest activity observed during inspection - ECOLAB come in twice a month - invoices provided
- Multiple staff members are FOODSAFE Level 1 certified
- Facility maintained in clean and sanitary conditions
