General sanitation is good. No obvious signs of pest. Temperature of hot holding, refrigeration and freezer units are satisfactory. Kitchen dishwasher is operating at appropriate sanitizing temperature. Sanitizer level of bar glass washer is satisfactory (chlorine based). Sanitizer in the spray bottle used in the kitchen is at adequate concentration. Ensure bottles are clearly labelled. Obtain test strips to verify quats sanitizer is at safe level (200ppm for food contact sufaces).
