Comments

Main prep line cooler observed at approximately 47F air temperature. At time of inspection, manager emptied cooler of all potentially hazardous foods and moved to walk-in cooler. Unit was then unplugged and called for service. Manager stated he checked the unit prior to lunch and it was at an appropriate temperature. Will follow up tomorrow to ensure temperatures is at or below 4C.

Sanitizer at 200ppm Quats in buckets & labelled spray bottles
All other temperatures meet health requirements
New thermometers installed at all coolers
General organization and food storage practices are excellent
Observed thawing in walk-in cooler
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection

Bar area maintained & hand sink equipped
Observed probe thermometers in kitchen and serving area

General cleanliness of facility as a whole is satisfactory
