-Follow-up inspection to May 21, 2020. -Prep cooler has been serviced and was at 4C. Cooler unit defrost cycle was adjusted to non-peak hours. -Drain pipes are schedule to be serviced tomorrow. -Receiving procedures reviewed with staff to ensure dented cans are rejected upon receiving. -Minor cleaning required on the underside of slicers. Review with staff proper cleaning procedures. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required at this time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
