- General sanitation is good.
- Handwashing station at the two compartment sink is stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Upright storage cooler and domestic storage cooler are less than 4C. New domestic cooler unit in storage room is less than 4C
- All freezers are functional
- Hot holding unit is not in use at the time of inspection
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 72C at the dish level during the final rinse cycle.
- Food contact surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 200 ppm chlorine residual
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity.
