Observation:
Scoops and other dispensing utensils stored directly in dry products.
Dry product stored in non food grade container in the dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected from contamination at all times. Store scoops and other dispensing outside of dry products. Dry products to be stored in food grade containers with tight fitting lids. Correct by August 27, 2021.
