Follow up to report MBEK-CJMUHG. - No contaminated or potentially contaminated food observed during inspection. - Few hard-to-reach areas noted on previous report have been cleaned. No evidence of pest activity observed during inspection. Copies of most recent pest control reports were also reviewed (September and October 2022)--no interior pest activity noted. - Equipment noted on previous report has been removed. - Quats dispenser serviced--tested at 200 ppm quats. - Cold water available at two-compartment sink faucet. - Operator stated at the time of inspection that a plan is in place to refinish the entire floor in the next month. Ensure details (e.g. finish type) are provided to the Environmental Health Officer (EHO) for review prior to making changes.
