Routine inspection conducted today: All cooler units (except for the two beverage cooler units that are not holding any cold potentially hazardous food items) were measured at 4.0C or below. All freezer units were measured at -18.0C or below. General food storage practice is good and organized - no food stored on the floor. 10 baby products were randomly checked for expiry - none of the products checked were past the expiry dates. Staff washroom noted with accessible to handwash sink that has both hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. Over sanitation satisfactory.
