-The conveyor belt was removed from the BBQ prep area side, including the doorway.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Bleach spray bottle was at 100 ppm
No evidence of pests, pest control records on site.
Temperature records up to date.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
