Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In-use utensils for self-serve hot dogs, donuts are not being washed at an adequate frequency. Worker indicates it is changed/washed when "dirty"

Ensure you are Manually washing the utensils at your 3-compartment sink in the back: wash-rinse-sanitize as per the sign posted there (new sign provided to replace the old one)
