-Follow-up inspection to October 15, 2018.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Operator has purchased two additional mixing wands. Sauce/Gravy made the previous night was probed at less than 4C.
-No hot potentially hazardous foods stored in the oven at the time of inspection.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-Bleach sanitizing pails were tested at 200ppm.
-Did not observe staff using garbage can as a work surface at the time of inspection.
-Foods were properly stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination/
-Foods in the front customer area properly stored in plastic bags and protected from potential contamination.
-Raid insect spray has been removed from the facility.
