Annual inspection for the Grandstands Concession ("non-permitted" food establishment) located at McLeod Athletic Park. All user groups/parties using this concession must obtain a Temporary Food Permit or approval from Fraser Health at least 14 days prior to the event. * Ensure chlorine bleach sanitizer is made available for user groups to sanitize food contact surfaces. * A temporary hand wash station ( e.g. a 5 gallon bucket/dispenser with a spigot and a waste water bucket) must be provided near the BBQ, if cooking raw proteins. * Ensure to check cooler temperatures at least once a week or before any event. Hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.. Sliding door cooler registered 1.9 C. Ice maker found to be in clean condition. Ensure ice maker is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized once a month Weather stripping have been installed underneath the exterior door and service shutter doors. No signs of pest noted at the time of inspection. General sanitation is satisfactory.
