- Two drain plugs obtained
- Operator not able to obtain proper information from the supplier who confirmed the jarred items were not made in an approved facility - all held items discarded at time of inspection
- Ensure all foods in premises are obtained from approved sources. Always maintain receipts and ensure all prepackaged items for sale are labelled as per CFIA requirements from the supplier.
- All cooking equipment (BBQ, burner outside, hot plate..etc) removed from premises.
- Operator informed that a new chest freezer is on order.
