**Two holes observed in outer building envelope where mice could enter. First was under sprinkler room door and second was under door to office that is no longer used. Seal up these areas to prevent pest entry. Corrections Noted: √ Cleaning in walk in cooler and dry storage area done √ Shelving in walk in cooler and dry storage room cleaned and bottom shelves raised to above 6" up off ground √ Pest proofing on rear bay door and customer entrance done √ Hole in wall of walk in cooler repaired √ Cooling process reviewed and ice wands were not feasible but walk in cooler now used to bring sauce temperature down rapidly before being transfered to walk in cooler for longer term storage.
