-Follow-up inspection to confirm completion of corrective actions identified on previous inspection: Corrected items: -Chlorine sanitizer solution is available at 100-200ppm concentration in a pail. Wiping cloths are stored in the solution when not in use -Particle board shelf above the 2-compartment sink has been replaced with a new painted particle board shelf. Items still requiring attention: 1) Vinyl material placed over the lid of the chest freezer is not suitable for long-term use. Soil and food debris will accumulate underneath and around the edges of the vinyl. Instructed operator to remove the vinyl covering, use sandpaper to remove rust from the surface of the lid, then re-paint the lid with appliance epoxy paint. 2) Exhaust canopy still requires service. Operator indicates that the service company has been notified but has not arrived yet.
