Routine inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, paper towel, and liquid soap. Chloride spray bottles measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available for ware washing. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Display cooler measured at 3C, cream cooler measured at 4C. Stand up freezer measured at -19C, ice cream cooler measured at -23C. Pre-packaged sandwiches, wraps all within expiration date. All food must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Overall, facility is clean and organized.
