Observed during inspection:

1) Temperatures:
-2-door cooler at 4C
-Freezer at back at -18C
-Display cooler at 1C
-3-door prep cooler at 4C
-2-door prep cooler at 3C
-Hot-holding unit at >60C
-All coolers had accurate thermometers.
-Temperature log maintained - good!

2) Sanitation:
-General sanitation satisfactory
-All handsinks (2 at front service, one in back prep area and in staff washroom) adequately supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold water.
-QUATS sanitizer spray bottles (x2) at 200ppm.
-Chemical dishwasher reached 100ppm chlorine concentration at plate surface.
-2-compartment sink available with drain plugs.
-Ventilation hood in good sanitary condition.
-Ice machine in okay condition. Recommended clean ice machine as per manufacturer instructions more often and maintain a sanitation log to ensure it is kept in a sanitary manner.
-No signs of pests during time of inspection.

3) Storage:
-Dry storage area kept in sanitary organized manner.
-Pest proof containers used for dry goods.
-Scoops placed outside containers.
-All food is covered and at least 6 inches off the ground.

4) Admin:
-Foodsafe Level 1 trained employee on premises (Expires Sept 8, 2024)
-Operating permit clearly visible during inspection.
