Met with Dustin, GM and partner, and discussed the following:

- Communicable disease plan and COVID Safety Plan -
- Daily temperature logs are available/ cleaning schedules
- At least one certified food handler is available beside owner per shift
- Pest control is also available on site

Routine inspection:
- low temperature dishwasher supplied with chlorine at the final rinse / measured at 100ppm
- walk in cooler air temperature measured at 1C/well organized
- All food contact surfaces are cleaned/sanitized with Quat / measured at 200ppm

The following will need your attention:
- floor in the cooking / grilling area need to be resurfaced/ pained and sealed so concrete is not exposed
- splash area around the dishwashing sinks need to be protected with washable surfaces

Please ensure to complete the above maintenance corrections by our next inspection.
