Facility has had major cleaning and sanitizing as result of previous inspection report: - Cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces has occurred - Facility has removed items not necessary for use - Pest proofing has occurred including along front door and back - Second sink stopper has been obtained - Metal flashing has been installed along wall behind proofer - Cleaning of oven has occurred - Cleaning company to come in and conduct deep cleaning on routine basis ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Continue with services of pest control company - Continue to monitor for rodents - Continue to investigate facility for holes and seal as required - Clean last remaining areas affected by rodent droppings including under two door under counter cooler and next to two door stand up cooler (White cooler marked "Savary") NOTE: Email EHO Copy of Pest Technician report
