Observation: - Meat slicer not cleaned and sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): - This may cause pathogen growth on the meat slicer, and may spread to food if it is being used without cleaning.
- Clean the meat slicer by taking it apart and washing off all the food bits, then sanitize. Make sure the meat slicer is cleaned and sanitized after each use, unless its being used continuously, clean and sanitize it every 4 hours.

- Handwashing station by the prep. area did not have liquid soap present.

- Food and food containers found on the floor.
- Ice machine had mould growth present around the dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): - Food may get contaminated and cause a foodborne illness to customers.
- Ensure all food in the walk-in coolers and freezers are in food grade containers with fitting lids.
- Ensure all food is stored at least 6 inches above the ground.
- Empty the ice machine, clean the mould with soap and water, then sanitize with an approved sanitizer (ie. Chlorine 200ppm).

- Client will be emailed information regarding obtaining a new permit and requirements for allowing dogs on patio.
