-Follow-up inspection to August 12, 2022. -Prep cooler has been serviced and was at 4C (top and bottom). Continue to monitor the cooler and service/adjust the cooler as needed -Cooked foods were cooled in shallow trays and were at 4C to 5C. -Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. -Food safety and sanitation plans were submitted. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19
