*Follow-up to inspection conducted on August 27, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B42UEC)

- Large double door cooler has been repaired and is now maintaining 4C and below
- Noted soap dispenser will be repaired later in the day
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed chlorine sanitizer at 50 ppm
- Operator will obtain chlorine test strips and begin keeping a dishwasher log as soon as possible

*Ensure all food scoops (ice, sugar, and other) are stored outside and not together with food to avoid contamination from the handles to the food
*Ensure food stored in ice baths are fully submerged
*Ensure ice baths are refilled with ice to maintain 4C and below
