A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Cooler was 2C; freezer was -26C; thermometers present. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. Monthly monitoring contract in place, with the use of snap traps, catch-all traps, and glue boards. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or pallets. - All walls are painted, sealed, smooth and cleanable (up to the ceiling). Great job. - All in order.
