Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice scoops stored in a bucket at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Storage of in use utensils of potentially hazardous foods are to be stored at temperatures outside of the danger zone: either 4C or less or 60C or higher. Clean and sanitize rice scoops and store in ice water, which is to be changed with new ice water solution and cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours. Date to be corrected: immediately
