Some foods in cooler were in danger zone& and had to be discarded (eg sauces)
Food found uncovered in freezer etc., had to be discarded as not protected from contamination.
Raw meats were being stored above vegetables and sauces which is unsafe food storage practice and can lead to cross contamination.
Paper towels were not accessible in towel dispenser at hand sink by 3-compartment sink area; operator to refill dispenser.
