-massive accumulations of sugar, dirt and other debris on the slurpee syrup bag connectors
-Operator is disinfecting surfaces (example keurig coffee machine buttons) once daily
-massive accumulations of dust and dirt on dry goods shelves
Correction: -discontinue the use of bulk sugar and coffee mate containers, switch to single use packages immediately
-clean the entire food premise, including areas mentioned above
-disinfect contact surfaces TWICE DAILY as per the BCCDC Guidelines (provided to operator)
