General improvement in sanitation observed.
No water pooling observed in coolers.
All foods are covered in coolers.
Salad bowl cooler measured at 4C or below - operator stated the drawers were left open for some time during the previous inspection which might have resulted in elevated temperature.
Condiments cooler measured at 7C - operator stated the temperature does reach 4C and under when the door is kept closed. Continue monitoring the temperature and only store condiments - non potentially hazardous foods inside.

Please continue to regularly clean the facility & equipment, monitor temperature for coolers & dishwasher.

Operator to submit food safety plans to EHO for any new menu items.
