Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the scoop is "standing up" in the ice and that the handle is not touching the ice. -All coolers are below 4 degC. -Freezers are below -18 degC -Hand sink and washroom sink are fully equipped -Temperature log's being maintained -200ppm quats is available on-site for dishwashing and sanitizing. -When cutting wheatgrass for drinks, the strands are cut at the green to yellow transition line, which is about an inch above the soil.
