Observation: The operator (person in charge) does not have a valid FOODSAFE training.
Corrective Action(s): The operator must register for FOODSAFE course or its equivalent and successfully pass the course. A follow up inspection is scheduled in one month to verify the successful completion of the course. FOODSAFE course can be taken 1) online, 2) face to face, or 3) long distance/correspondence. This is a repeat violation from the previous report# DSOG-B4LSZM. Failure to comply will lead to further enforcement including violation tickets.

Comments

General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine concentration. Ensure to follow the proper manual dishwashing procedure: 1) wash 2) rinse 3) sanitize 4) air dry.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space. All boxes and food items must be stored min 6inches (15cm) off the floor to facilitate cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Operator implements own pest control management system.

Temperature control:
- All coolers (beverage, upright) < or = 4C
- All freezers (upright, chest, chest in the back storage area) < or = -18C
- Daily temperature log kept up to date.
- Thermometers available refrigeration units. All thermometers must be calibrated and in working order.
