Follow-up inspection:
-as per phone conversation with food services manager yesterday, dishwasher and sanitizer dispenser were serviced the morning after the routine inspection
-staff know to visually monitor wash, rinse, and sanitizer dispensing tubes in dishwasher; test strips to also be used
-dishwasher sanitizing at 100ppm chlorine
-bleach spray bottles labelled and at 200ppm chlorine
-quats dispenser working at 200ppm
-ensure that the spray bottles are labelled as per the sanitizer in them if you switch them out
