Observation: Dishwasher @ 0 ppm chlorine
Correction: Dishwasher must have a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine for sanitizing purposes. Repair dishwasher. In the meantime, food equipment and utensils may be washed in the dishwasher and sanitized in the 3 -compartment sink for 2 minutes at 200-400 ppm QUATS.

Liquid soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser have been ordered for the front sink. This will provide means for handwashing for staff working in the front area. Email inspector once the dispensers have been installed: jaime.ferguson@fraserhealth.ca

Note: Premise will be undergoing renovations in the near future. A conveniently located handsink will be required in the back cooking area.
