Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 0 ppm QUATs concentration. Operator prepared fresh sanitizer during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain QUATs test strips to verify sanitizer strength is at 200 ppm to facilitate adequate sanitation of food contact surfaces thorughout the day, as per approved sanitation plan.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at front service area not supplied with paper towel. Hand washing station at back not supplied with liquid soap or paper towel.
Corrective Action(s): Operator supplied all hand washing stations during inspection. Maintain all desginated hand washing stations adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel as per approved plans at all times.

- Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration at plate surface
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
- Proffesional pest control company is contracted
