Joint inspection conducted with CFIA inspector and the "Red Konjac" items on hold were verified as duck blood products. Operator could not provide the invoice for these items as they were purchased in cash from an individual selling items through group buy in Wechat. **This is not an approved source. Ensure all of the food items for sales come from approved source; a legitimate receipt must be provided upon request. 11 packs of duck blood puddings were discarded at the time of inspection. Correction Order rescinded.
