A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -21C; and thermometers present. - No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and racks; and non-foods (pet food, toiletries, stationary, flowers) stored separately from food items. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - Hand sanitizer found at self-serve coffee station (Keurig pods and powdered hot drinks). - Remember, all prepacked foods (candy) must be done at the store, this is the location that holds health approval. - All violations have been corrected or no longer apply (PHO orders). - All in order.
