Facility receives products and distributes to stores. Facility also re-packages spices in facility. Walk-in cooler: 1.2oC. Walk-in freezer: -15.4oC. Food products are stored above ground. Hot and cold running water are available. Liquid handsoap and paper towel present at handwashing stations. Facility is using 3-compartment sink as handwashing prior to re-packaging. General sanitation is ok. No signs of pests at time of visit. Staff monitors pest activity daily. Bleach is present to sanitize scoop at re-packaging area. Reviewed manual dishwashing procedures with supervisor - bleach is used to sanitize scoop. Note: 1. Do not use poison in a food facility. Remove poison. 2. Ensure proper labelling is present for repackaged goods. Follow CFIA labelling requirements.
