- Handsinks in kitchen/dining area and at three compartment sink are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel - All coolers - undercounter display cooler in dining area, upright storage cooler in storage area - are both measured at temperatures less than 4C - Storage freezers are functional and are measured at -14 to -18C - No hot holding of breakfast buffet is observed at the time of inspection (no breakfast service at the time of inspection) - Pancake machine is maintained in sanitary condition and no left over batter mix is observed at the time - No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection - Three compartment sink is available. NOTE: Maintain temperature logs and pancake machine logs on consistent basis
