Operator closed the back loading door. Ensure there are no potential entrance that may allow pests entry into the premise. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: 1) A layer of mold was observed to be growing on top of a puddle of water underneath the Chilstar chiller machine. 2) Whole grains and grain dust found near the backdoor, under the glass washer, and under the shelves in the back area.
