Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -16 degrees C. Chest freezer at -18 degrees C. Back storage area freezer at -16 degrees C. Probe thermometer available for use. Bleach sanitizer available for use in labeled spray bottle. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Application form completed for months of operation change. To operate April to October.
