Routine inspection conducted.

Observations:
- Temperature of walk in cooler (downstairs) at 3.8C and walk in freezer (downstairs) at -13C
- Stand up coolers in the back kitchen recorded below 4C
- Stand up freezers (x3) at -4.9C, -13C and -17C.
- Hot holding unit (patties) recorded above 60C
- Cold potentially hazardous food were stored at room temperature and time tracked. As per the staff, all dressings & pickles are discarded after 4 hours and cut vegetables such as lettuce, tomatoes are discarded after 2 hours.
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date.
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
- Storage room downstairs was very well organized.
- Handwash stations were equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Multiple sanitizer pails were present and concentration of QUATS noted at 200ppm.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink present and 200ppm QUATS released by automatic dispenser.
- Drain plugs present.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher in good working order and the temperature on dish surface during rinse cycle recorded at 72.6C.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Mechanical traps observed throughout the facility.
- Health permit posted at the front.
- Staff on duty has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 (expiry Nov 3, 2023).

Excellent work at maintaining the facility.
