Food store only - no repackaging or processing of food. Hot/cold water supply available for cleaning and hand washing. Janitor's sink available. Staff washroom - hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towels provided for hand washing. Coolers at 4C / 40F or colder (walk in, upright, and display cooler) - good. Some coolers are alarmed as per manager. Egg /butter reach in cooler at 40F. Freezers - good. Temperature records are being kept daily - ***Remember to record corrective actions. Infant formula and dietary supplements - Staff check dates regularly. Storage is well-organized. Cleaning and pest control is ongoing - pest monitoring is in place. Pest control report reviewed. Follow recommendations of licenced pest control. Store manager states has sealed holes around back loading door. ***Clean bottom shelf of dry storage room (main floor level). Other cleaning is satisfactory. Copy of report to be emailed to store manager.
