Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm.
Prep line coolers and display coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Ice cream freezer was at -15 deg C.
Temperature log was available and well maintained.
General sanitation was good. Floors, counter tops and equipment were in sanitary condition.
All items from previous inspection have been corrected. Thank you for your effort.
Upstairs storage - freezer was at -27 deg C.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
Note: Some renovation will be done in the kitchen. New equipment and stainless steel counter top/shelves to be installed.
