Met with April and the following information provided:
1. Permit fee must be paid before your official opening (permit fee from Dec 2018-March 31 2019) $50.00 for less than 50 seats.
2. Copy of the legal document will be emailed to me and than we will forward to our billing department.
Food Safety Plan and Sanitation plan submitted and accepted by your district inspector.
The following items need your attention:
Install the apron hooks and self lockers (they are planning to move these items from previous location).
Daily chemical logs, bleach, high temp. dishwasher rinse temperature and daily temp logs for cold and hot holding units need to be in place and up to date.
High temp. dishwasher reached 82 C
Freezer walk in -18 C
Walk in cooler =10 C, just been connected, no food stored at the time of inspection.
Dry storage area need to be organized and all food to be stored 15 cm off the floor.
Clean dishes area also need some additional shelving for air drying
Hand washing station - disposable paper towels to be installed at the new h/w cooking station.
Clean/sanitize all cooking, food prepping equipment.
Note: Permit to operate has been issued.
