All food equipment removed from staff washroom. Remaining soiled dishware and food equipment has now been cleaned and sanitized. Remaining broken and melted plastic strainer baskets discarded. Food safety plan procedures reviewed and discussed. Additional revisions to be submitted for review by July 11, 2019. Closure Order rescinded, premise may re-open.
