Public Comments Note: Only vegetables/fruits are chopped and crackers are served for children. No cooking is done in the kitchen. General sanitation is good. Coolers (upright) at < 4C. Freezers (upright) at < or = -18 C. All refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers. High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.8 C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle. Surface sanitizer - available. Ensure to provide surface sanitizers at each station (ie serving area, main prep area) and use clean wiping cloths. Change out the sanitizer solution every day. Dry storage area has sufficient space and racks. Hand sink - liquid soap and paper towel. No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
