Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): All QUATs sanitizer buckets measured at 100ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Replace all QUATs solution in sanitizer buckets. Instructed operator to prepare QUATs solution using warm water not cold to allow the QUATs concentration to read 200ppm. Operator corrected at the time of inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Remove the milk in the dispenser to a working cooler holding a temperature of 4C or lower. Service the dispenser to read at 4C or less before using the dispenser. Corrected by: March 10, 2021.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan available but not onsite. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Frequent disinfecting schedule in place for high-touch surface areas. Tables and chairs are spaced at least 6ft. apart to maintain physical distancing. Touchless payment available.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser dispensing at 200ppm. Tests strips available.
All hot-holding units met health requirements. Prep coolers, walk-in cooler, beverage cooler, and walk-in freezer met health requirements. Temperature logs are well maintained.
Dishwasher sanitizing at 90C at the manifold.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
